About our domestic caps.

Our domestic cap program allows us to create custom hats at a much quicker turn and at lower quantities as compared to our import line. The tradeoff is that domestic capabilities are limited to more conventional decoration methods.

How to get started.

Step 1- Have a look at our design locations and decoration methods page where you will see where you will find more information on how we can decorate your custom headwear.

Step 2- Quite possibly the most important facet of our design process is our custom headwear design survey. This revolutionary survey will help provide our design staff with the information necessary to come up designs that embody your vision of your custom hats. In general the survey takes between 5-15 minutes but this step is vital to assuring your project starts off in the right direction.

Step 3- Submit any artwork, slogans, design elements, sketches or any other information that will assist in your design to design@jrzcaps.com

Step 4- Armed with the information you provided in the survey, our design team will create custom virtual samples by tailoring your branded elements into headwear that meets the criteria given in the survey.

Step 5- Review your virtual samples and let us know what you like and what you don't like. We offer unlimited revisions until your design is exactly what you want.

Step 6- Once you have approved a virtual sample we will create a production sample to your exact specifications.
