Orders All of the following must be confirmed by purchase order. ¥ Exact quantity requested ¥ Embroidery locations and detail (you may reference sample proposal numbers found on the upper left hand corner of your virtual sample PDF. Re-orders please provide previous invoice number and purchase date) ¥Desired Shipping method (see below) Free Virtual and Production Samples ¥ Virtual samples are only for reference and actual production samples may vary in color, layout, sizing, and overall appearance. ¥ All orders require that a pre-production sample be produced and agreed upon before an order can be started. Orders will not be placed without sample approval. ¥ While we offer limitless virtual samples, we will only run one production sample, chosen from the virtual samples. ¥ Customers may be charged for additional production sample requests. However if the production samples did not come out to the specifications agreed upon in the purchase order or virtual samples, we will re-produce the sample with corrections at no additional cost. ¥ All clients will be notified of possible costs associated with addition production samples before the sample is run. Production Time: Domestic Embroidered Caps ¥ Upon approved virtual sample, your free domestic production sample should completed and delivered in 5-8 business days. ¥ Upon domestic sample approval, your completed order should be completed in 2 weeks depending on quantity. (Large quantities please provide for extra time) ¥ Due to Seasonal fluctuation and/or material delays, sample and order production times may vary. Please contact us for current production time. Production Time: Custom Import Caps ¥ Upon approved virtual sample, your free import production sample should be completed and delivered in 1-2 weeks ¥ Upon import production sample approval, completed orders will take 6-8 weeks if shipped via ocean freight. FOB California. ¥ Air express delivery will take 3-4 weeks after final sample approval. An additional fee will apply with air delivery (approx $0.65 per piece) FOB New Jersey ¥ Due to Seasonal fluctuation and/or material delays, sample and order production times may vary.
