Delivery and Shipping ¥ To the best of our abilities, JRZ Caps will use the most economic and reliable shipping method unless a specific carrier is requested. ¥ JRZ Caps is not responsible for any delay of the freight carrier or any damages that occur during transport. Problems that stem from either of these should be brought up with the carrier.C.O.D. shipments are subject to prevailing rates plus insurance and freight. ¥ Decorated orders may be subject to a 2% over-run or under-run and will be invoiced accordingly.   Pricing ¥ All pricing is based F.O.B. our warehouses. Merchandise will be invoiced with the prices effective at the time of order purchase. ¥ JRZ Caps does not provide on-site pickup, all orders must be shipped. ¥ All prices are based on purchases of one style, color, and decoration. ¥ Due to increased shipping and materials premiums, re-order pricing may be higher than previous purchases. ¥ Pricing subject to change without notice. Minimums ¥ To provide for business of all sizes, we strive to provide the lowest minimums on custom caps ¥ Domestic embroidery starts at a minimum of only 48 pcs ¥ Custom import caps start at a minimum of only 300 pcs. ¥ Note that some decoration methods required higher minimums. Please reference our design page to see minimums of all methods.   Payment/Deposit ¥ Upon final pre-production sample approval, we require that a 50% deposit be made before we can proceed with production. ¥ Upon order completion, the remaining balance is due net 10 from the delivery date. ¥ Deposit and remaining payment must be made via: company check, certified check, or through PayPal ¥ All returned checks will be subjected to a 45.00 charge per check. ¥ Due to increased shipping and materials premiums, re-order pricing may be higher than previous purchases.
